No soda in 17 days (maybe not big for most, but HUGE for me!), and shirts seem to fitting differently!

Mini goal is to have lost ten pounds by the end of January. But I'm not weighing in between so it's going to be a surprise if I do it or not.

As of today I'm at 13 days of no soda. This is the longest I've ever gone without, and I'm craving it less and less.

Quitting soda here! Definitely limiting treats, but not cutting out completely. I've got kids who need cake for their birthdays. And I'm not gonna say no to a piece of cake

I LOVE bell peppers! In salad, mixed in cottage cheese, or just as a snack. I buy them constantly.

What's everyone's favorite workouts/machines at the gym??? I'm going back next week and need some ideas! I know I need to add some strength training in with cardio, but I feel like the weight area at this gym is overrun by big bulky men and women who are already in shape. I would look like the ugly duckling!

I normally eat total crap. Trying to stop so much junk and add in more healthful foods. TRYING. lol. I want to try clean eating, but I know I need to conquer my "need" for processed stuff before I go straight into full on clean eating.

I am starting 30DS on Monday (also when school starts back up). Since it's been cold I do a lot of walking at the mall so I don't freeze lol. We are supposed to be getting me a gym membership, too.

Robyn: Yeah it wasn't the HUGE bag, just the bag with a few servings. But I didn't feel hungry when I went to eat it. I just felt like I needed to snack. I would have been completely content the rest of the evening without it.
