I guess people WILL perceive it as attention whoring. I think 90% I see in sports bra are attention *kitten*, but I never actually went up and talked to them, so it's just first impressions.

The best advice I can give you is: Learn how to cook. Repeat the recipe. Track the macros. Be excited to eat it. I've wasted about a year and a half in the gym until I found out diet is everything.
