I started eating it right out of the can with a side of crackers. GREAT source of protein!

Nope, it's a sharp looking photo! Very artsy!

To fit into a medium shirt and increase my weight sets by ~10%

My jaw dropped at the difference, you are amazing!

When I began heavy lifting, my weight shot up 4 lbs and stayed up there for weeks, even though I continued eating at a caloric deficit. You're doing a new routine, and your muscles are bound to be retaining water as they repair themselves. Just keep eating right, drink plenty of water, and wait it out.

- Unhealthy eating habits. Starving yourself. Junk food constantly. Etc. - No effort put into working towards their goal. No exercise and frequent binging. - Arrogance. Condescending attitudes. Etc. - Inactivity - Deactivated accounts. I have no clue why MFP keeps them on your friends list if they deleted their account…

1. Do the people need to have anything in common with you? - Not necessarily, but I'm more likely to maintain communication with them if they do. Talking all fitness, all the time can get boring, and it helps to have people coming from a similar background I had. 2. Did you read their profiles before sending the request? -…

Overweight in childhood. Overweight in Freshmen and Sophomore years of high school. Perhaps TOO skinny in Junior and Senior years. WAY overweight in college and several years after.

Nope, only 27 and I know that there is no better time to get in the best shape I've ever been in.

My, uh...sense of humor? >_>

Yow! Looking good there! =D

It is possible this way, yes. But I have a nice collection of friends on this site that will yell at me if I don't eat at least double the protein that MFP tells you to.

As far as I know, sugar is sugar to your body and there is no difference. But the "sugar" macro on this site is really only for "added sugars" and is also has an absurdly low limit. Really, the only things I see people tracking that get serious results are Carbs, Fats, and Protein. Maybe other factors like Fiber and…

Ignore the "Sugar" macro on this site. Track "Carbs" instead. Problem solved =)

Used to be a socially crippled introvert until I made a ton of friends in college who really got me. Now I'd say I've transformed into an extrovert whose shyness only flares up when it comes to approaching complete strangers, and I'm working on getting over that too. Gotta say, losing over 30 pounds definitely gave me a…

It's entirely up to what kind of instructor you have. The classes I go to have you doing exercises and positions on the bike to work the lower body, upper body, and a bit of the core. I hate when I have to go to a different scheduled class if I miss one, and the instructor just has you do nothing but sit or stand and pedal…

I got my mom one for Christmas a few years back. Scanned a few hundred old photos of the family, cleaned them up on photoshop and threw them on an SD card in the frame. She really loved it.

Move out, get a mansion. And all my friends are invited. Quit my boring job, maybe go back to being a full-time student. Buy the best gaming PC money can buy. Travel a lot. Always wanted to take a vacation to Japan.

First girl I kissed was forgettable. SECOND girl I kissed was amazing. It was like a half hour before we came up for air. Then as we were saying our goodbyes in the garage at the end of the night the lights went out, and we were lip-locked even longer!

Black coffee is fantastic.

Unless you're Cousin It or have Rapunzel hair, I don't think it's going to make that much difference. Besides, are you more worried about actual weight, or body fat %?
-
Nice hair (on all 3 counts)

I do hate being single, but here goes: - Having more time to keep up with all my friends. - Not having to deal with nearly as much drama (and my last gf was the queen of it) - More time to focus on getting into shape. i.e. more time for the gym, less time spent eating out. - Saving money from not dining out so often,…

"I just have naturally slow metabolism"...I said to myself as I played video games several hours a day after getting out of my office job.
