Someone linked this one a while back. I literally JUST started it though so I can't speak of any results. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=4195843

I dated (and almost married) someone for 5 years with an eye that always drifted out of alignment. Wouldn't be too much of a stretch as long as I really liked the person.

Amazing!

You are making wonderful progress! Keep it up!

Too many people fall off the wagon on a lifestyle change because they don't get instant gratification for doing so. Don't get discouraged.

Only candy. I still have everything else, just in moderation.

My weight loss has been much MUCH slower than your plan of action. But I did start at 205 lbs in 2009 and my goal is 160 which I have almost achieved. Feel free to add if you like =)

Them big, purdy eyes, especially if they're green  Also, I'm a sucker for brunettes with long flowing hair.

Usually every 3 weeks or so. If it's long enough to get messed up during sleep, it's too long for me.

Congrats! I'm in a similar boat now where all the shorts I own will slide off, but I'm extending the life of them with a belt.

I don't quite understand why women worry about this, but I guess I'm one of the odd guys out for liking A's and B's just fine. =P

- I have a can of soda at max 1-2 times a week, as opposed to a 20oz every day. - I haven't bought a bag of chex mix, combos, or ANY candy since I started on this site 50 days ago.

Looking GOOD! =D

This. I'll continue soaking up my soup with a roll of bread and continue losing weight, thanks.

Ooooh I hate this so much >_<. I'm getting told constantly by my dad that if I reach my goal I will be too skinny. It doesn't seem to matter how much I demonstrate that I have a fair amount of muscle under the fat. Nor does he really seem fazed when I flick my belly and there's still a jiggle. The man seems content to be…

Do what you need to do to curb your appetite at first, and then get exercise back in your routine. You don't want to wind up with the "skinny fat" look.

Last time I had a cold was February 2010!

Definitely. I would pack away entire bags of pizza rolls and bags of chips, and fast food value meals all the time. Since using this site I learned healthier options that keep me full longer. I seldom crave food from the McDonalds and Burger Kings anymore, and when I do I usually just order a sandwich and forego any fries…

"I have slow metabolism."

*whistle* Looking good there! =D

Stick to tracking Carbs, Fat, and Protein. MFP's sugar limit is jacked up. 1 freaking banana in the morning and I'm almost at my limit for the day? I call BS.

I've started finding it more important to go to the gym 4-6 times a week and a great deal less important to hurry home from work and play a few hours of World of Warcraft. That would never have happened a year ago.

27 years old from the Chicago suburbs here! Adding you now =D

Screw cards! I tell almost everybody I know about MFP. And I've gotten at least 7 or 8 people to join, too!

It's the Government man! They're spraying us with chemicals and putting hormones in all our food and that's why I can't get rid of the man boobies! :grumble:

I...I can't...what is this...I don't even....HUH!?

Ehhhhh...don't take this the wrong way, but maybe you should talk to a doctor. This has "eating disorder" written all over it... Edit: A good point has been made. If not an eating disorder (though I really dislike the practice of fasting), then certainly a major body image problem...

Goals: -Reach a BMI classified as "normal," no longer "overweight" (this goal is almost achieved  ) -Reduce BF% until I can see ab muscles. -Recomp to get some modest-sized muscles. Nothing overboard. Rewards: -Being in the healthiest I've ever been. -Looking better/feeling comfortable in my own body. -This is the…
