OMG!! I do the exact same thing!!! My mom told me about them and I thought well I could try it, and now I love them as an after dinner chocolate fix. I think so. The backs of my legs and calves were a bit sore the first couple times I wore them...my butt was a little sore as well, but now I'm used to them so I don't notice the soreness anymore.

I love mfp, mostly because it's free and has so many great tools to use. My best friend and her husband have been doing ww for about 7 months and have both lost over 50 lbs and love it. I have Easytones and they did take a few times to get used to since they do make you a little off balance. I do wear them as much as possible, especially when I walk my dogs during the week. I think 1200 is pretty low especially if you are exercising as well. You want to be careful not to be to restrictive because in reality most people who are end up gaining weight back and/or go on eating binges because they feel so deprived. I would agree with adding snacks. You need several small meals through out the day. If you have class during the day, maybe try to bring along something that is portable and quick. After 3-4 hours your body goes into "starvation" mode, so be sure to re-fuel and not skip snakcs, just make sure they are healthy options!!…

Oatmeal is not low in carbs, but it is super healthy. As long as its regular plain, and not all the flavored stuff. :wink:

Yeahh!!! Very exciting news. I love bananas and eat them often, but when I log my food I sometimes get discouraged because of the carb content. But at least it is a healthy alternative to those darn chocolate cookies :) Jess
