Today is Week 3 Day 2 for me. Not looking forward to it as I decided I would add in some body weight exercies on my off days. Too many squats. Walking is painful today. haha Still, going to get my butt out there even if I have to super power walk. Now, where did I put my leg warmers... :p

So, I just did this today and I can honestly say, yeah it sucked a little. They give you plenty of recovery time though. What is going on peoples!!! I'm 34 and living in Folsom, CA. Currently have my goal set at 200lbs which I believe is respectable at 6'2". I'll adjust from there. I feel off the wagon a bit ago... might have gotten run over on the trail but am back at it and 100% committed to get in the best shape of my life!

Finished W3D2 last night. Felt pretty good. Not as much pain this time. I currently don't do anything on my run days but I'm thinking I will add in some yoga as I could really use it lol.

It didn't become fun until after you finished the program? This will be a long couple months lol. I'm making it through the runs ok. At the end of my runs I go a little further to hit a 5k distance, just so I get used to it. I do mostly walking and a few more jogs for that portion though. You guys are awesome, can't wait…
