I love love love love Zumba, I'm not amazing at dancing but I have always taken an interest at it. It's perfect because you can do it in the privacy of your own home and after about a week you can feel the difference. But to get results you have to do it properly other wise it's not as good. Personally, for me my knees don't hurt but a stretch for 5 minutes before (I use the wii zumba 1) and do the cool down at the end which helps me a lot. Hope this helped :)
