  • Happy New Years Eve ๐ŸŽ‰ everyone! As I posted above I took off the rest of the month from chasing after Paper Tiger. I have been starting out small this go round for October and now November, but the tip about also using the timer will help even more when added to the gentle way I have been doing it.
