I keep trying to remind myself that too. I was "stuck" also and getting very frustrated but didn't let it make me go back to old habits and skip the gym ... Finally broke through whatever barrier was there and started losing again.

I have this problem too! Just this week my niece made cupcakes for the people that helped her with a project for school. Could I say you're welcome and NOT eat the cupcakes? NOPE I had not one but two :(

I would love to have some other people to help motivate me! I'm 5'5" and currently at 261. I started 2012 at 360 and have been working very hard to lose weight this year. I go to the gym 6-7 days a week and try to watch what I eat though I have good days and bad.
