It is hard at first but you WILL feel motivated when you see those first pounds drop off. That's when it get's exciting. I'm pretty new too. you can look at most people's food journals to see what others are eating.

Chopped salads - run the romaine and everything else thru the slicing blade. cut up enough for a few days and tupperware them in the fridge. Put your add ins later (turkey grated cheese olives etc)

Very true. One should see a psychiatrist for these meds and be monitored carefully as they do affect different people different ways. I see mine about once a month just for a 10 minute check in. It's not talking therapy with these guys - strictly meds. Though therapy may recommended. I do not go to therapy as my problem…

Oh I did that too. I wasn't even hungry the next day so I ate less to make up for it. I also did a 4 hour bike ride which eliminated the calories
