The reason it happens to me is when I wander away from MFP and stop holding myself accountable. It starts in the mind, you need to try and find that discipline that says "Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels" and hold onto it. You can do it, have faith and great glasses. :)

That's easy, hire someone to ice your boss! lol You'll get there, it's all about establishing your routine and then sticking with it. Today I had fries at lunch but adjusted my dinner intake accordingly so as to not go over my daily goal. You're doing great, keep it up!

I lost 32 last time then quit MFP and gained a lot of it back. Sometimes I feel the temptation to stop thinking "oh I've got my routine down now" but I resist because it's SOOOO important to keep oneself accountable.
