I have the opposite reaction. I get cold! Perhaps it's keto, perhaps it is the weight loss, or perhaps a combination. If you have only been doing keto for a few weeks, it may just be your body readjusting. Or it may be entirely unrelated to your diet.

I like the Veggie Delite on wheat with every fresh veggie except for the high sodium canned veggies, no cheese, no mayo, and just vinegar, oregano, and pepper.

I did 5 days on the juice fast and in the end, it just didn't work for me, long-term. What has worked wonders is doing fresh juice for 25-50% of meals with whole foods comprising the remainder while doing cardio for an hour a day, 6 days a week.
