If you're fasting for the purpose of weight loss, it won't work. Same thing happens to me almost every time, I start working out really well and then I get sick or hurt and have to stop and then everything goes crappy. if you've got an upper body and lower body injury, I would say just keep eating healthy and let your body heal, then get back into exercising because exercising is only…
