Not even remotely true. Alcohol can only be used as energy. It cannot be stored at all.

Congratulations, you know how to plagiarize from the quack Mercola.

I hope not, her form is atrocious.

Of course you saw results. You went from doing nothing to doing something that forced you to break a sweat. If someone taped a crack-addled Rhesus monkey and had you mimic its movements, you would've had similar results. (Understand that this is in no way meant to be an attack on you, or anyone who has fallen prey to…

No. You would do just as well (or better) with whey. It's very high in BCAA (plus the other aminos) and much cheaper than isolated BCAA. If you have a fair amount of dairy in your diet, you're already getting plenty.
-
Leucine, isoleucine, and valine are BCAA's. The others are not. OP: Isolated BCAA's are worthless as long as you're consuming sufficient amounts of good-quality protein. (The exception would be fasted training). There has been some evidence that glutamine can help your immune system, but as far as diet and training it…

Why choose just one?

I should've specified "competitive" athletes, but like anything else YMMV (performance-wise). As far as body comp is concerned, as long as you're over 15% or so it shouldn't be an issue. Once you get below that, I would be a bit concerned with insufficient protein on the off days. A modified version (ie PSMF on the…

This is the correct answer. In fact, you could replace the word "fruit" with any other food item and it would still apply.

It's also an appetite-suppressant.

Coffee before bed helps you sleep faster. ;)

I wouldn't recommend ESE for athletes, or anyone who's already pretty lean, but if you have quite a bit to lose it's fine.

Low quality, overpriced, low protein/serving. There are MANY better options out there. Optimum Nutrition is my preference, but there are several other good ones.

I don't think you understand what "take it with a grain of salt" means.
