Hello I am new here also. We all fall off the wagon, so to speak, once in a while :)

I can tell a huge difference. Congrats!

It's great. I have lost a lot of inches with it, and others are noticing now. The first month is pure hell. The second month really tones your body. Personally, I like the second month better. It's a lot of cardio. You can do it!

I love cheese, but I eat it in moderation. I do like the kraft fat free cheddar cheese. But the reduced fat's aren't too bad either.
