  • My goal is to go frm 5ft 1 to 5ft 8 .lol jk. If i did i still would be over weight. Anyways jokes aside im 5ft 1 im 195. I would like to reach 170 then at that point id lower my goal weight by 10 lb s ., my lifetime goal is,to live a long healthy life and watch my children all 5 grow old as well

  • Hi . Im 30 years old i have 5 kids . Untill i was 25 i was not over weight. I am now i hv hypithyroidism which sux. Plus i did have five kids youngest 7 weeks old. I am unhappy with my current weight and i too struggle to change this. i am 196. 5 ft 1 i was 216 at time if havin baby . I hv really only lost wht ud loose…

  • Hi. I log on daily. Im still fairly new. Im 30 just had my 5 th child june 1st 2012. I have hypothyroidism and,feel like all my working out is goin nowhere . I have lost 40 lbs in previous years so i kno its,possible. I am 5 ft 1 and i weigh 198. Nice to meet u all.
