Goodluck! Babies change everything. Sounds like you have your head screwed on right and that they are lucky to have you in their lives. xx

Text message. He was in England, I was in Russia, we were apart at Christmas, it was sodding cold and wet and we were both fed up and missing each other. We were sending huge love letters to each other by SMS and suddenly we were talking about marriage. It was unexpected and lovely! We had a wonderful reunion at New Year…

I adore JM workouts, but find that show utterly unwatchable.

Try to take a day off every week; it's addictive, though.

A sandwich with filling wholegrain bread should carry you through. Are you drinking enough water? x

Will he eat sweet roast veg (pumpkin, yams, spuds etc) with gravy? That's the only way mine will eat things that are obviously veggies. Otherwise, mine will eat loads of veggies chopped up very (as in, microscopically) fine (courgettes, peppers, celery, onions, peas, cauliflower, broccoli, corn, whatever) in a sauce of…

If you have time, you could alternate them, definitely. If it's one or the other, stick with Jillian.

Another vote for 30 Day Shred. It's on youtube if you wanna try before you buy. :)

Be careful you're getting enough nutrients and whatnot. I think vegetarianism is much healthier, to be honest. Was veggo for extended periods in the past and despite loving the book VEGAN FREAK, my energy levels and general health took too much of a hit from my brief flirtation with veganism

I loved chucking out my Size 16s. Very therapeutic. I did it when I'd been a 12 again for about a month.

People who would not dream of telling someone they are too fat seem to fall over themselves.to tell you you are getting too thin. Sleek, well-groomed people are offensive, apparently. I got told this when I had a BMI of 25 and chubby. Now I have a BMI of 23 and am still chubby, and my family are all like, "Don't waste…

You might also be doing the moves with better form and/or more intensity. :)

Congratulations. :) We have Nanas.

Just do what you can. I try to keep up my routine, but I find keeping to a sensible diet hard.

Congratulations, you look fantastic.

I'm in as these two are in my current rotation (love 'em both), but I need a kick up the *kitten* diet-wise. My goal: - To do NMTZ and BFBM on alternate days every day in December (except Christmas and poss. December 14th, when I have a major piece of work on). - To do C25k on NMTZ days. - To do Cardio Yoga with Jillian on…

Both. :)

Some of these are so horrible. I am happy you are out of these relationships.

Unless I take a supplement, I only hit my iron goal on the days when I have steak for tea.

I'm thinking a lot of wine, chocolate and watching Casablanca with my husband. (Am such a girl.)

Started with 0.5 kg / one pound weights, and moved up. I finished Level 1 when I could use 3kg weights comfortably, but now use 2kg weights on Level 2 and that's tough on me. With Level 1 of Shred, you'll probably find some of the exercises (Chest flies come to mind) too easy if you use the same weights for all the…

Unless you're pregnant, I wouldn't worry too much. When I was pregnant, I had to avoid supplements and certain foods because high levels of Vitamin A can cause birth defects.

Banish Fat Boost Metabolism is probably my favourite (mega calorie burn!), but Killer Buns and Thighs is also wonderful. NMTZ is the latest one I've tried and it is a seriously good but doable workout. Really well-paced, too. I love them all and need a fix of Jillian every day, at least.
