Hi I'm new and have been on mfp for about a month now. I am also new to walking even lol I do get out there almost daily and do at least 4 miles on average walking. I'm signing up for a local 5k and figured I would walk/jog? I have noooo idea how to do this lol so this post was a God send.

Awesome Job! I feel like I have been out of the 100s forever now but last year this time I was 170. I got up to 230 when I weighed myself last month!!!! Now slow but sure it's coming off. I can't wait to be where you are right now congrats!

I like this and this is what I do now. I don't get into the trap of well I already ruined it so I might as well pig out. Honestly, if we go over it's most often not enough to totally undo what we did unless we do it day in and day out. That's what I learned here logging my food. Best wishes.

My water weight gain (tom) put me at where I was before (tom) meaning when it's over I should be down 4-5 more lbs!!!!! Woot woot.

You look pretty thin in your avi. That said, I think it's harder for weight to come off the smaller you are to start with. Have you taken measurements? The inches may be coming off. *hugs*

Amen! So happy for you. I remember my brother had leukemia diagnosed at 2 and when we reached his five year med free remission we had a huge party.

I put my 3lb weights on it and go by the lb up or down it reads.
