I'm getting in at least a gallon a day...why then
Hey guys I have a question...I'm drinking at least a gallon of water a day if not more...and I am still retaining water and headachy like I'm dehydrated...Does anyone have similar experience or advice? Thank you.

Is it really possible to plateau in the 4th week?
I still have at least 70 to lose and I've been playing with 1 lb for 11 days. Before that I lost nothing during shark week...I'm going to lose my mind this is really bothering me...I've done this before and lost a LOT. What is going on?

Is it more beneficial?
Is there a certain time of day that is more beneficial to exercise? Should I wait till I'm done eating at the end of the day...or should I exercise earlier in the day? Any input will be greatly appreciated!

Irritated slightly
I'm down 27 lbs I see NO difference and my clothes barely fit better...when I say barely, I'm not exaggerating. I don't really know what my point is here, except, I thought it would be more noticeable. I've taken before and afters too...no difference.

I really need help! Please...pretty please?!?!
Since quitting smoking (yay me!!! yeh yeh) I've put on a LARGE amount of weight. I actually feel 100 times worse than I ever did smoking. My entire body hurts all the time, and threefold if I exercise or even clean the house longer/deeper than usual. All my joints, muscles, back you name it hurt. I'm only about to be 41…

25lbs down and haven't dropped a size...
I'm super excited to see 25 pounds gone but I'm still in my size 17 jeans... :indifferent: The definitely fit better (no muffin top) but I hear people saying I lost 5 pounds and a dress size...it's frustrating. I would LOVE to drop a size this month jeeeze it's almost been two months. :frown:

Scared to exercise!
I really am! Ok two years ago I bought 30ds and did the first round all the way through. The next week or so I was in so much pain I needed assistance getting on and off the toilet. I'm not kidding. So how do I work my way into something? Help I really want to get fit.
