I need some motivation :(

I've been sick with a cold...(yes a cold in June SUCK) and haven't been exercising really in the past two days and yesterday I went over my calories for the day quite a bit. Of course the scale reflected it and my jeans are tight and my underwear keep rolling down due to my belly fat and I'm getting depressed! I need some motivation :( I just feel awful today I need a hug or sumpin.

    Awwww, the problem with colds and such is your desprately trying to taste something and keep eating to just get the taste. It's so hard. But remember today is a new day and you can just start new today. And it just may be water gain so try not to sweat it. Hope you start feeling better.

    i always find it near impossible to exercise when i have a cold. perhaps you can walk? it's easy, but will keep you active until you feel good enough for hard exercise again.

    This too shall pass. Once you get over the cold and get back to exercising your clothes will fit better and you will lose what you gained. There will always be good days and bad days but keep an eye on the big picture and the goal and you will do fine!
