Is it more beneficial?

Is there a certain time of day that is more beneficial to exercise? Should I wait till I'm done eating at the end of the day...or should I exercise earlier in the day? Any input will be greatly appreciated!

Whatever helps you perform your best. Some people feel better in the morning, some prefer evening exercise. It's up to you.

Nope. Does not matter in the slightest. The only thing timing might affect is your ability to sleep if you workout too close to bedtime. But a lot of people do it and have no trouble sleeping right after, so whatever works for you.

Awesome thanks! I always feel like if I work out before I'm finished eating for the day...it's just going to sit there. (mental I know)
