I really hope you don't take offense to this, but it sounds to me as though you're developing (or possibly already have) an eating disorder. Starvation (500 calories a day is EXTREME) followed by binge eating, coupled with a distorted self-image can't be healthy. Just curious, but how much more weight do you want to lose?…
