I've done months 1-5 (started 5 today!) and I love it. It's only 16-something on Amazon right now. What a deal for 9 workouts!

Also, I'm not trying to win the thing. My goal is 34:36 for the first one (same as last year - way slower than PR) and for the second my goal is 40.

I like the Brewer diet. It is protein heavy. Google Brewer diet and you should find a bunch of resources.

I second the Brewer diet. I used it for my second pregnancy. I ate so much more healthy than my first. I gained ~ 30 pounds but it came off so much easier than the first pregnancy.
