Wishing you luck! Starting with a big and filling breakfast can curb your cravings. Try to put one of each food group into your morning meal.

I have heard that having somone massage your hands helped. There is suppose to be a spot between your thumb and index finger that you massage and make your headache go away.

Good Luck! I don't know how healthy their salads are but that is probably what I would get. You could get your pasta and just not eat all of it and be okay but I am not sure about that.:flowerforyou:

I never thought about the fact that changing my diet could cause my daughter to have a reaction. Thank you very much!

So as long as my calories are from good food I should be fine? I gained 30lbs after having my first daughter and am trying not to do that again. I have changed my eating habits but I am still afraid of gaining and at the same time don't want to hurt my baby.

Good luck! I to am hoping for a healthier body!

I have heard that a big breakfast is the thing to do. Trying to fit at least one of each food group into your morning meal is what I heard is good for you.

I just realized that I am not eating enough calories. I am nursing my two month old daughter and only getting around 1700 calories a day. If I start eating more will I gain weight before I can lose it? And if I stay at 1700 Calories for now and after I am done nursing only eat 1200, will that be a bad thing?

My husband is kind of that way. He never eats vegetables unless it is in stew or soup (and he rarely eats those) but he does love V-8 juice. He always eats a ton of meat and for every meal that I have fixed in the last two weeks, the only sides he wants are macoroni and cheese, and fried potatoes. Seriously. I just fix…

You will do wonderful!! And I am sure that you will be a very cute pregnant mother! I will warn you now. You are going to look adorable but you will definetly not feel that way. So don't get discouraged! When people tell you that you look adorable, believe them because it is true.

I am in the same situation! Only I am still loosing the weight from my first child. After I had her, I began eating sweets like crazy. (Eating a whole batch of sugar cookies everyday, both raw and cooked) I found out just 8 months after I had her that I was pregnant again and started the weight gain all over again. I never…

You could try eating a larger breakfast. Since that is the most important meal of the day it could help you if you try to fit in at least one of each food groups into your breakfast. Also working out always makes me hungrier. (Which is my downfall) That might help you fit in a few more calories.

Thanks! I will look into it! I have been trying to play tenis because I heard it was a good excercise sport but things keep me from it. I won't give up on it though.

Just wondering if anyone could suggest some workouts for me. I have an 18 month old and a 1 month old so I don't have alot of me time. I am constantly cleaning the house and chasing my 18 month which gives me some excercise. I also am doing sit-ups, squats, and lifing 3lb weights just to tone my body but I would like to be…

I just joined and am hoping to learn how to eat healthy and stay at a healthy weight. After having my first daughter, I gained about 30 pounds. I just had my second daughter and am trying not to get in the same situation. Kristan
