I haven't had surgery yet either. Doing all the things first to prevent it.But the damage is already done to the leg and foot and the back is healing.. Had 3 rounds of phyiscal therapy and live 40 miles from the nearest pool so going there everyday is not an option.Good luck on your surgery!
