What I have found is that when my energy levels are low I take a calcium and especially magnesium supplement. These minerals helps with the replacement of adrenaline. :bigsmile:

Counting calories can be tedious but how do you keep track on what you are eating. :sad: If you measure you can manage. It is all in the choices you make. Thanks for the welcome. Fortunately I am in the habit of drinking at least 2 liters of water a day. I don’t drink coffee or tea and I am not into soft drinks. I have done a lot of reading and have realized that its close to a Must to ensure you take your full quota of calories.
