I'm sorry, I missed this. The polar Ft 7 or 60 are great options. Just make sure it tracks calories lol. I made that mistake purchasing my first monitor.

I'm a retired rugby player from New Zealand with a fairly extensive playing career. Prop. My wife has completed 3 rounds of P90X with me and now P90X2. She has rocked the last 4 months. She's really starting to hit her straps. So proud of her. You're going to love working together, it has been great for our relationship

I think both are great programs. The people above explained the difference really well. I'm hooked on P90X :). It is such a good avenue for fat loss. Feel free to add me if you'd like some support. I'm three rounds in and 65 pounds down.

You can use resistance bands! They really work well. But yes, you do need to incorporate some sort of resistance as it is a fundamental of P90X. Let me know if you have any other questions
