Ex rugby player here too. I have knee problems as well. I love to mountain bike - not a team sport but I love the burn. Also anything outdoors keeps me sane as well. More often than not you'll bump into other like minded people. Nothing replaces the team spirit of a rugby team but it sounds like its time to move on and…

I see this thread is a little old , but yes go ahead and sub Plyo out for a live class. Sounds like a win win to me. Especially for your neighbors lol. I've done P90X 4 times and I absolutely love what it has done for my life. Good luck. Feel free to add me if you'd like to compare P90X stories. I'm currently just about to…

Hi Laura, I don't really replace a meal but I use Shakeology for a nutritional shake. Works really well for me. Good luck Simon

I started at 314 and P90X rocked my world lol. I started in my very cautious manner and modified a lot. I focused on changing my relationship with food which was much harder than the exercise. You'll notice small improvements every week. Keep pushing ahead in a safe manner and you'll do fine. Feel free to add me if you'd…

The last 10 pounds are apparently the hardest to loose (I haven't got there yet lol). From what I read it sounds like you're doing a lot of things right already. Did you set your goals based off the X3 nutrition guide? With P90X, progress can sometimes seem slow, but the benefits are massive. Look for other victories such…

I agree with the people above, eat lore calories and choose your exercise programs carefully. I started p90X at 314 and it changed my life. You can do it. You can modify where necessary. I modified a lot during my first two rounds . 4 rounds later 65 pounds down I still love P90X. So from my experience P90X is a great…

Eat more, sleep more and the workout intensity will hopefully come back. If you love running keep at it! If you need a break or change, do it:) I still would gravitate towards complex carbs as refined carbs give you those insulin spikes that create the tiredness ups and downs. And as always, drink lots of water. Good luck,…

Hi Danny, No secrets to weight loss. It's not sexy, it's not engaging or exhilarating. It just takes consistency, hard work and a big enough reason to want to do it. Health is everything. I'm still learning everyday myself. Keep trying and forgive yourself for bumps along the road. This website and my online support…
