Hi everyone, I'm 49 (50 in 3 months) from Michigan. I've been on the site since 2012. I lost 75 lbs but have managed to find 10 of it back so I'm working to get that back off. I run and take a zumba class 3 days a week. Feel free to add me :)

I've been very lucky and so far everyone I've met online has been who they say they are. I have had a couple that apparently their pics were pretty old because they looked a lot different in person than their pictures.

You can do it. Just track everything and eat at a deficit. I've been on mfp for 4 years and honestly after being overweight my entire life it is the only thing that's ever worked for me and that I've stuck to. I track EVERY DAY. I need that in order to stay accountable to myself. I did reach my goal of 70 lbs lost but…

Anyone can feel free to add me. I've been here for quite a while and have actually logged more than 1,300 consecutive days. I track daily my food and exercise. I'm pretty much at my goal weight but am all about supporting others on their journey :smile:

I like the Combat Crunch bars. I've had the cookie dough and the peanut butter and I like both. To me they seem the most like a candy bar of any I've had and the stats are really good on them too.

I've been staying on track. The end of this week will be rough though because I'm traveling. I'm gonna try my hardest to eat healthy and get some workouts in.

My last two days have been good. Ran and did weights yesterday and ran again today. Hit all of my macros and didn't eat any Halloween candy!! Yesterday I even had a piece in my hand and walked halfway to my desk before turning around and putting it back in the bowl!!

Well, my first day didn't go as well as planned. Super stressful day at work and school. I ended up eating two snack size kit kats when I got home. I tracked them though and stayed in my calories so I guess it's not technically cheating but it's not how I want to eat. Better day today!!

I'm in!! I just want to continue to eat in the way I have (with the exception of the little things I snack on and never track!!). So no cheating means NO CHEATING. If I eat it, I track it. Also to keep running 3 days a week, Zumba 2 days a week and weights 3 days a week. Also to get all of my water in every day!!
