It cleared my skin up. Hang in there. I agree with pp that you may just be flushing out the toxins. Make sure you are drinking LOTS of water - like 12 cups a day. That really helps flush everything out.

I am glad it was yum. I hope it does not knock you out of ketosis. Next time consider a fruit with a lower glycemic index. Like berries. Just FYI, I read that bananas and grapes are the two worst fruits for people on Keto. No judgement here - glad you enjoyed it - just a little info for next time.

I made the peanut butter fat bombs and they are pretty good. I had to add extra stevia drops to get them to taste as sweet as I wanted. I love the ham & cheese cups. They will be a staple in my diet. I am down 30lbs since last September but I took "off" Nov and Dec due to a hectic schedule. Started back Jan 15th up 8 lbs from the holidays.
