  • My ideal size is where I am now: 6 or 8 depending on the brand and cut of the jeans or other clothes. I started out about 2 years ago at a size 16.

  • I have lost about 35 pounds in the last year and It is noticeable. My favorite comment or question: "What's your secret?"   • I schedule one rest day a week, usually Sundays. The other six days I do a combination of exercise, either Zumba, running, or elliptical, and then some weights, pushups, ab exercises, and other floor work. Sometimes on the rest day I find myself thinking about working out though. Weird. Never thought I would see that day!
  • "They" say morning is the best time. Not for me though. I just work out anytime during the day into the evening. Whatever works for you is the best time, as long as you just do it!
  • I am always over my protein. I also know that I feel better with more protein because it seems to help my endurance during running and working out.
