  • I'm excited for this 30 day challenge. I completed day one of Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. I love this dvd...tomorrow is yoga and day 2 of the 30 day shred. Current weight: 128 Goal weight for 3/14: 120
  • I completed day one today of the 30 day shred (yay!!) I love doing this video and love the way I feel following the workout. It's a hard 20 minutes but well worth it I feel. Can't wait to see how these 30 days change my life!
  • I would like to join also. I have done the video one time in the past two weeks. Hopefully daily posts will help me complete the video each day. I also bought Jillian Michaels Yoga video and can't wait to try that one also!
