Nutritious food first. It is what your body wants and needs. That being said we all need a quick meal, snack, post-workout whatever sometimes. Personally, I like VegaOne. I do not use or drink everyday though and it is not really a 'weight loss' supplement. I use it as a quick meal when I am very lazy.
