I have just been sticking to the keto diet. Trying to be more active even if it just means getting more stuff done around the house every day. Hoping to start adding in exercise. Trying to fit it in with children at home can be difficult.

I am taking in under 1600 calories a day and am following the keto diet. I am also starting to add in some exercise, easier stuff to start with and build up from there. I have the tendency to jump right in and push myself to hard and then I can barely move so I am trying to do it different this time.

Breakfast this morning was 225 calories. A little bit lower than normal but it was a crazy morning. I did then manage to wait over 3 hours before eating again.
