I don't think the last person who commented was very kind. If you really want to lose the weight and exercise - you have to make the time and it is that simple. We all have the same 24 hrs. in a day.

Yes, I agree swimming is really great and easy on your body when you just start to exercise. Perhaps, checking with your community center and see if they have any exercise programs available for you.

I'm into my second week back since 2012? Anyhoo, I have a goal of 20 lbs. to lose - 30 would be ideal but I'm shooting for the lower number first and could use weight loss buddies too...friend me if you like :wink:

I'll admit it - I watched the 1st episode and last nights finale. The reason, I don't like all the cry baby **** in between. What do I think about the outcome... She did the work, lost the weight and won. It was a competition - she was the better competitor - end of story.

I have read that you should take in the necessary calories to boost your metabolism. Try eating 5 small meals a day and limit the alcohol it's full of calories that basically turn to fat. Try not to get discouraged because that sometimes is our downfall too! Hope you lose 3lbs this week...you can do it.
