I'd like to join! We have the wii Fit and also the EA Active - 10 minutes of that and I walked like a cripple for 2 days! Yes, right now, I am too fat and out of shape to exercise! But I will commit to 30 minutes 4 days a week. Thanks!

thank you both for the encouragement and welcome. I too have been the Weight Watcher route (points and CORE), and Nutrisystem, but nothing stuck. The most important thing I learned thru those, is I have learned to like vegetables, so I hope that will help me here. Good luck on your journeys!
