  • Agree- my personal trainer puts me at 1500 day versus 1400 MFP recommends.

  • My personal trainer suggested I use this site as a food log, but I have found reading all the stories is inspiring. I never had a weight problem until I hit 40 and boom- 25 extra pounds in two years. I am like janieene and I am sure I was eating 3x daily calories. Feel free to friend as I don't have any friends yet:)
  • I'm not sure about running, but I have heard (and my trainer) makes me do lots and lots of lunges and squats.
  • I am new on here and everyone may slam me, but I think Jullian Michaels workout videos are very good. I go to Lifetime Fitness and they are comparable to some classes- only they are shorter (30mins?) good cardio/strength combined
