I don't work a call center per se, but I do a lot reports for our customers who call in, so I have to stay near the phones. I go through 64 oz water or more through an 8 hour ****, so after awhile I can't hold it. I thought of using bubble gum to distract me... might be an idea..

Yah I drink oodles of water to the mbr who asked earlier, just don't track it lol. I don't drink sodas anymore been two years off of the stuff, and as much as I love Snapple and Arizona regular teas they are too big of calorie sink for me. I get the same thing... my response is from California... they always go no like where is your dad from.. He's from Texas, they get frustrated seriously where does your family come from. I know certain fruits can cause bloating but if its bothering you that bad, I would say talk to your Dr. Probably the best thing.

I think I more in shock of how much sodium was in the dish even with it being altered and not eating the entire thing. It was like damn... really and I was trying to be really good and not overindulge and go above my calories for the day. Was good on calories but bad on sodium lol :wink:

I eat them for lunches at work, something easy and fast. When its my day off or we have leftovers at my house (rare thing) than I bring leftovers for lunch but usually the frozen food. Use them instead of buying fast food!

My most humiliating experience, was when I had to borrow my dad's jacket because I forgot mine and I realized I couldn't fit in it. I had became bigger than my father.

See I haven't had an issues with pretzels so it really makes me wonder ifs the way fast food is... fatty and salty. Plain ol unhealthy.

Not sure what cause me to bloat, just notice I was hovering between 204/205 yesterday and today I am around 207/208, feel bloated and having cramps and diarrhea. Never again...

You could be building muscle, try measuring yourself with a tape. like hips, waist and neck, I had to do that for awhile to notice I was getting smaller
