I watch my calories, but still eat food that I love...just less of it! I do Turbo Jam and elliptical 5 days a week! I drink a lot more water than I used to...10 cups a day!

So my goals for Wednesday are; 1) Drink 10 cups of water 2) Workout for 1 hour 3) Stay within calories 4) Get 1 of 2 papers done 5) Start studying for finals

I hadn't seen a friend in about 2 months and I saw him today and he said "Your face is soooo skinny" That made my day and pushed me to work harder. I've also noticed a change when I look in the mirror, mostly in my waist and hips!! Pretty awesome!!

everyday that I go to school (3 times a week) I get starbucks oatmeal!!! I love it!! I add about 1/3 of the brown sugar packet and its sweet enough, I also love Quaker peaches and cream!!

I'm the opposite, I tend to get full really fast but then I'm hungry later (from the rice). Could be also that I'm eating lots of fish so the protein fills me up!! i weigh myself but I don't log it, cuz I know that its not an actual weight gain. I wait till the next week to "actually" weigh in. Last month I "gained" 6 lbs when I got my period but the week after I was down what I was before!

first thing I do is drink tons of water!!!! Then I make sure to exercise extra long and eat my normal calories!! 1 day won't throw you off just keep at it!! Good luck!!
