Hey everyone!!!! Hope you all had great holidays!!! I took a week off logging in but will restart on January 3rd (when I come back from up north). I will also be doing another round of Turbo Fire starting in January...the 3rd seems like a good start date..I'm in!!! Right now I'm alternating between Fire 30,45 and 55 and throwing in some HIIT workouts here and there, but I want to re-start the structured plan once my life is less hectic!!! I'll add you:)

i do the exact same thing!!! For example, my calorie goal is 1200 so yesterday I worked out and burnt around 500 calories so that I can eat 1700 calories...i ate lasagna and cheesecake..lol and seems to be working..i've consistently lost each week..but during the week I try to stay under my calorie goal at least 4 times…

well I've never done CLX so I'm not exactly sure but I can tell you a few things about Turbo Fire! - on most days the class consists of high impact aerobics with choreographed moves - 2 days per week you do a HIIT class, High Intensity Interval Training...which is crazy fast Turbo Fire on crack...lol, but really its pretty…
