I love to shoot. Bought two new firearms this winter but timing and the weather has made it difficult to get out to the range.

Yes, I do but two of the days are targeting cardio, pushups, and abs only. The remaining days I focus more on weight training.

I use the Body Media arm band. It provides useful info (calories burned,steps taken,etc) that synchs up with MFP and is viewable on my cell phone via it's app. I'm happy with it, you can find videos on YouTube to give you a visual of how it works.

I made three decisions that should help me make it through the game: I'm not going to anyone's house, not making extra goodies to eat at home, and I'm planning on hitting the gym during the pre game shows.
