I am sorry I miswrote that, what I meant was I am cutting out butter/vegetable oil/crisco etc etc i am switching from peanut butter to almond butter instead as well. Ive never really liked peanut butter.

thankyou , that helps a lot. Yeah I know a few people who are vegan and some of the stuff they buy from the health food store isn't so healthy.

my breaking point was when I saw a picture of myself standing next to my husband, granted he is thin as a rail, but next to him I looked ginormous!! Now I am thirty pounds thinner and I work out twice as hard everytime I look at that picture.

I usually make sure to drink a ton of water before hand. Being hydrated also helps with hunger control

you should really try ministry of sounds Pump it up. It is an hour and 37 minutes and it uses every part of your body. you will not be DRY after this workout.
