Thankyou all for the encouraging and flattering comments. I will strive as much as I Can to reach my goals and get into the coast guard. I am physically in better shape now than I was when I Was playing football in Highschool.

Stating that you are healthy and then saying that you might be in ketosis is a huge contradiction....looking it up online and asking strangers to give you a medical based opinion is crazy. If you are truly worried, go to an Urgent Care and have them to do a urine test.

In my opinion nothing can replace clean eating and moderate working out. it doesnt work for everyone , but my problem area is my stomach, and when I first started to lose wieght I went Lo- Carb and Lost my first 30 lbs that way.

have you talked to your doctor? Sometimes they will give you medication to stop those horrible migranes and the nausea/vomitting. as far as logging your food, I would still stick to your normal day, except I would add maybe an ensure or a protein shake to replace the nutrients lost while getting sick.
