It is essential to even add things that you might wont add up . for Years I was a raw vegan, and believe me when i say cucumbers, kale, spinach etc etc add up to alot. Everything adds up.

I would say to drink tons of water, and try something like T25. HIIT Cardio is a really good way to incorporate muscle building and cardio. Great job on your progress so far!

I would power walk with some weights until you get your knee checked out. You dont want to risk permanently damaging your knee.

I burn 1000 calories plus a day doing zumba and T25. It is possible. I do my t25 first thing in the moring, walk to work and then come home and do zumba 6 days a week

Ive read that pretty much any type of refined sugar or artificial sugar sweeteners are horrible for you through multiple sources. As soon as I stopped eating things with artificial sweeteners and added sugars, i had more energy, i was less hungry and my migraines went away. Thanks for the article! It was an interesting read

Im on my 5th week of T25 and I love it! everyone who has seen me so far , my grandmother, my mother in law and even my dad over skype said I look like Ive lost a good amount of weight, I really haven't lost any pounds, but I am losing inches like no tomorrow!

I also live in an apartment and I reccomend T25, you get a different workout every day and there is also a modifier so if you live above someone you wont be doing too much jumping.

i know how you feel, Im not really losing cup sizes , but I am losing weight around the band, which sucks because that now makes me a 34dd , pretty much the hardest bra size to find anywhere -_-

Also , I double up on mondays as well with the total body circuit. I feel it doing 50 minutes twice a week and 25 minutes 4 days a week helped me reach the goals I was looking for , while keeping the calorie count high on my HRM

I think it also depends on your weight and fitness level as well, If you are 260 lbs you will probably burn a lot of more during 25 minutes than say someone who is 140 lbs. Everyone is different , its all about what you put into it and what the pre existing factors are.

I have lost over 100 lbs with insulin resistant PCOS also on 2000 mg of Metformin. I follow a similiar diet just minus the refined carbohydrates. I do just fine with it.

hey lady! I would reccomend jillian michaels yoga meltdown three times a week and T25 program. I have lost over 100 lbs doing it and I have insulin resistant PCOS. Also what helped me was staying away from any White carbohydrates. Best of luck!

we all have those OMG moment where we think we need to lose weight as quickly as possible for that special event, but in truth, there is no quick fix aside from maybe eating clean , drinking LOTS of water and doing HIIT. Even if you dont lose a considerable amount before October, you will feel much much better.
