Aside from Green Tea Supplements I dont take anything . I wake up with some warm lemon/cucumber/ginger/mint water - Drink 8 glasses of it a day - and then I work out in cardio for 1 hour and strength train every other day.

You will pretty much get the same results if you eat a CLEAN / RAW vegan diet. I tried the whole juicing thing and saw the same results as when I went vegan. Only difference was I wasnt as cranky and hungry when I went vegan.

If I know I am going to over eat, or if I have a stressful day at work and indulge in my favorite food ( which happens to be pizza ) I count all the calories and then bust my *kitten* even harder when I work out. I burn a ton of calories in cardio and in order to not get loose skin I try to balance it out by a lot of lifting and squats, little did I know it does a whole lot more ! Its made me cut! And I love it :)

I jog for about thirty minutes in the morning 4 or 5 times a week before I start my regular workout routine, which includes power yoga and Zumba. I dont really log my miles, but my guess would be its about 2-3 miles a day.

I dont mean to be, but i do catch myself sometimes. Not to friends or co workers ,but when it comes to my family i tend to be a bit preachy about trying to eat the right foods. I ususally get told to eff off lol

I am now a 16 and it took me about 5 months with 60 minutes of aerobic cardio and 30 minutes of strength training 6 days a week.

i use coconut oil no matter what. i used to watch my mother in law srsly put a stick of butter on whatever she ate or cooked, it turned me off from butter completely.

i log at the end of the day because i am busy throughout at work and i dont have a smart phone, but i do however keep a careful eye on what i eat and i keep a personal journal with me then i log it when i get home.

do you think if I did strength training that it would increase how big they look? Or if stick to more cardio it will be more likely to shrink?
