I was bored so I did Level 1 in addition to completing Level 2 earlier. I have boredom/attention issues... And one more thing...I'm starting to gain weight. My body is turning from smush to 'firm" so I can't complain.

This one isnt with the kettlebells but it is done in circuits. It has a warmup (5 minutes) followed by seven 6-minute circuits (42 minutes) and ends with a cooldown (5 minutes). Its really worth checking out. I love her circuit method.

Yes, it does! I started on Level 1 (I did it every day). I was sore for 4 days straight. But by days 5 and 6, I was no longer sore and I could get through the entire workout without stopping. I've lost 5 pounds since we started this group. I'm shocked but happy. 7 more pounds to go. Day 5 // Level 1 Complete! I'm finding that my body isn't as sore anymore. My endurance has improved DRASTICALLY and I can finish the whole workout start to finish with no breaks.
