I just started the shred on Monday and I am wondering for those of you that have been at it for a while are you seeing any results?

Personally I wouldn't invest the money in a padded seat...you will get used to it very quickly! You might be a little sore again after class next week but it won't be as bad as this week. Trust me, it gets better fast! Isn't spinning great?!

That's kinda what I figured but I thought I would see what everyone else's take on it was. Sometimes it's hard to eat all my exercise calories, I feel like I am eating when I am not even hungry. Thanks all for the input!
