Try a menu plan! It makes it easy to stick to because you know what is coming next... Michelle Bridges "Crunch Time" is what I am using - sticking under 1300 a day at the moment! :) Good luck!

Thank you so much! I just got the dvd and didn't know where to start. :) I did the fitness test and that was hard enough! HAHA! Im scared of whats to come!!!
