I've eaten Mediterranean all my life because I'm from Turkey😊 On 6/11, i adjusted my macros to 65% fat, 20% protein, 15% carbs. So it was keto-ish. I'm doing good. Need to increase fat intake to accelerate weight loss. I don't feel hungry since i adopted a modified Mediterranean keto-ish eating style. Actually I find it difficult to eat my 1200 calories😜
