Lost 1 pound this week. Not really what I wanted but oh well it is a loss. I really want to see 2 pounds a week but am only seeing 1 pound lately. I know slow and steady is the way to keep the pounds off in the long run, so I just keep reminding myself that. SW: 179 CW 178

This weekend was a rough one!! We had our annual Harvest Fest at my town this weekend and I drank way to many beers. Oh man I am super sore this morning!!! Also feel like I am retaining every drop of water that I am taking in. I am supposed to feel skinny when I work out this much right, WRONG!!! I know it is just my sore muscles and my body trying to fix my sore muscles so oh well :) Looking forward to the workout tonight actually :)

Ha I just posted to the older post. ooops Anyways.... I completed day 2 today with 20 minutes on the Treadmill also. Felt pretty good but the pushups killed me. That is def a goal of mine, to get better at pushups!!!

I started yesterday!! I ran for 35 minutes and then did it. I thought I was going to die!! :laugh: But I really need to start incorporating some weights into my exercise routine so I thought this would be a good way to do that. Add me if you want! Dont give up!! We all have set backs! If we catch our set backs soon we can change it and not make it a huge set back!! It is so much easier to gain weight. I just keep telling myself that, for every pound that I gain it is just that much harder to get off again. :( GRRR why is that?

I'm in. But I am just now trying to incorporate strength training so I will try my best to do 300. I also have a pretty weak pushup (always have) even in high school when I was super fit. :) But here is to becoming super fit again :drinker: and improving my upper body strength!
